This auction is for a new Hallmark Special Edition 40th Anniversary Christmas Treat/Cookie Jar featuring Snoopy of the Peanuts Gang.  The canister are made of heavy ceramic material and stands 10" tall, 6" wide (side of doghouse) and 5-1/4" deep.  It features Snoopy laying nose-up on top of his decorated doghouse.  The roof lifts off to access the inside of the jar.  The roof is snow covered and has a large green Christmas wreath on one side with a yellow bow and "SNOOPY" embossed in yellow in an arch above the "opening".  The lower half has snow around the base with a string of Christmas lights embossed around the entire doghouse.  There is a black "opening" on one end.  It is dishwasher safe but not microwave safe.  This is a new, never used item from Hallmark from 2005.  It has been kept in a storage tote since being purchased new and comes from a smoke free home.
