This cover is autographed... by someone. I reached out to the cachet artist, Warren Reed. He informed me that the autograph is Dick Cheney... but I am not convinced. The autograph on the cachet looks nothing like any authentic Dick Cheney autograph/signature I compared it to. I even sent pics over to an autograph expert and she was unable to conclusively very the signature. So we have here a very nice and unique art piece cachet cover with an unknown autograph.
