Sometimes faulty ports / drives or corrupted drivers incorrectly report the USB as blank so please try it in another computer if possible and see if it is still showing as blank if this doesn't help please contact us as we offer full customer support and we will happily send a replacement and/or offer you a download of the product as an alternative solution.
My item isn't working correctly / I am unhappy with my item what should I do?
