If we sell items which are new in package or new without box, we do not give any warranties or guarantees. New items in box might not have any warranty anymore! We buy liquidations, estates etc. So, we have no knowledge about those things.
We will gladly try to help to resolve any problems with companies within our abilities if the item was brand new or drop shipped. In the event that an item needs to be returned, the buyer will have to pay for it and there needs to be at least 4 photos of the item before and after packing. Also, the item needs to be insured. If a customer wants to return an item. Shipping will need to be paid by the customer. In the event Ebay will process the return despite our terms do not allow that, the return will be billed to the customer!
Damaged items
In the very rare occasion that one of our items will arrive damaged:
We do not issue a refund if we do not get full photo and video documentation. If a refund is desired, items need to be shipped back with proper documentation. The best way to get the insurance to pay is to bring the item to the carrier right after arrival. They want physical proof in their office. Bringing the item, yourself will shorten the process, safe money and time. If you want to send it back, you will have to pay shipping for that matter and pack the entire damaged box and item in a separate box so we can bring it to the carrier.
Local pick up needs to be scheduled within 48 hours of the purchase. Only if vacation mode is turned on this could change. All items are paid in cash at pick up. Once you inspected the item and scanned your code, the item cannot be returned.
We always give feedbacks. We also are happy to get feedbacks. Note If there is challenge with the order, please contact us before giving feedback for resolution. There is no valid claim which cannot be solved. You can and also must file a claim through Ebay. We follow Ebay guidelines to a point to protect you, us and Ebay. Without a legitimate claim and for us the opportunity to solve any problem Ebay will close the case and remove feedback
