Your shipment will ship by one of the major couriers(mainly Canada Post) within three business days of payment. You orders are packaged at one of our warehouses across Canada, we will do our best to minimize delivery times and ensuring you get your purchases as soon as possible. Shipments typically takes 2-7 business days depending on delivery locations. We currently do not accept local pickups.

For your peace of mind, products that we sold comes with a warranty except for refurbished/open box/used item. We value our customers and wish to make your purchase experience as enjoyable as possible. If something goes wrong with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

We accept returns unless we specified "no return accepted". Returns are subject to 15% restocking fees of the purchase price plus freight fees. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit. However, we do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees for below return reasons:

• The product came defective
• Your product was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong product or it did not match what was shown on the site
• Shipping errors are made by us

Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
