Delivery Charges
We have three delivery charges, based on the size and weight of the item. These are: £4.45 / £6.45 / £12.45. WE WILL ONLY CHARGE ONE P&P RATE PER ORDER, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ITEMS YOU BUY.
Calculating Your Total Delivery Cost
Your total delivery cost is calculated according to the highest delivery charge in your basket of items. For example: if you order two items with a £4.45 delivery charge and one item with a £6.45 delivery charge, you will pay a total of £6.45 delivery. If instead you order three items with a £4.45 delivery charge you will only pay £4.45.

Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days (9am-5pm Monday-Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Items delivered by courier usually require a valid signature. Please check packaging and contents on delivery and notify us of any problems within 24hrs.

Delivery Charges Explained
We are a UK mainland company and therefore have to use UK mainland courier companies to deliver our heavier items throughout the UK. Unfortunately, all UK mainland courier companies charge more for delivery to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the postcodes listed above. We are always on the lookout for better deals for our customers in these areas, but for the moment additional charges for some of our products may apply.
Additional Charges
Delivery charges to the above areas and postcodes are higher for orders over 2kg in weight and 610mm in length. Average costs are £15 - £25 per order, but we will do everything we can to keep the charge as low as possible. Please contact us for a quote to your address and for a weight/size estimate on your order.
Free Delivery
Many of our smaller, free delivery items can also be sent free of charge to our customers in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the above postcodes (see individual product listings for details).
