I think the handle is the best part of this deal, the handle I believe is celluloid and designed like Bamboo IN VERY NICE CINDITION! The blade has rust and is pitted. Don't know if this can be restored?  IMPERIAL RAZOR Co. NEW YORK & GERMANY. Blade is marked EXTRA HOLLOW GROUND!
