Brand new BCBGeneration open toe heels. Black background with silver spots - mimicking stingray skin. Heel is 4 inches high, or 10cm. Shoe has hidden 1.5cm platform for comfort. Shoes are brand new, but I've noticed that the inner lining is peeling a bit - not noticeable when worn.
