This delightful little brooch pin is made of a celluloid type plastic.   There are two celluloid Scottie Dog / Scotty Dog / Scottish Terrier wearing sailor hats and connected with a chain.  The back of each dog is marked "Japan".  Overall very good condition.  Please e-mail us any questions and we will respond promptly.  Thanks for your interest!
