MUSTANG Tripper seat pad for Harley-Davidson!

 

We are offering a tripper seat pad from the American cult brand MUSTANG .

The seat is designed for the following Harley-Davidson models:

04-21 XL

The seat pad is 7" wide at the front and, thanks to its distinctive shape, fits perfectly with the silhouette of the motorcycle. The pad fits the MUSTANG Tripper solo seat without backrest but not OEM seats and tourpacks.

The seat cover is made of high-quality, robust and easy-care vinyl and hand-sewn, all seams are doubled.

The base plate consists of 5mm thick fiberglass fabric which is coated with a gel to protect the frame and paintwork of the motorcycle. The base plates are adapted directly to the respective vehicle in-house, thereby achieving a high level of accuracy and manufacturing quality.

The cover is welded to the foam and the base plate, making the seat very robust.

The upholstery consists of closed-pore, solid foam that we developed ourselves. The foam is produced in-house using a special process and processed further by a press which also pushes the pores out of the foam. As a result, the seat cover remains very dimensionally stable and fits perfectly in the long term, and the durability of the seat is also significantly extended by this process, since the cover cannot become detached from the foam.

The base plate and foam are individually adapted to each Harley-Davidson model in an ergonomic shape. This is the secret of the high seating comfort of a MUSTANG seat.

The final assembly of the seats is also done here by hand directly in the MUSTANG factory.
