This is a (1598-21) P Bolivia 4 Reales PCGS Genuine Saltwater Damage--Very Good Detail--from the Atocha Shipwreck. This coin has some very obvious signs of wear and shipwreck effect. There is not a ton of detail left on the coin except some bits and pieces of a cross and shield. The coin is guaranteed authentic shipwreck from the Atocha by PCGS; however, there is no "big" Certificate of Authenticity. This coin comes in the PCGS slab along with the original tag designated from the coin by Mel Fisher.
