SELLER POLICIES
Thank you for
considering our item! When purchasing
one of our items, please consider thoroughly first as you are making a solid commitment. If there is an issue with an item, please
contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the concern.
We are not experts on all
of the items we sell, nor do we represent any of the companies that produce
these items. To the best of our knowledge all items are genuine. We purchase
new and returned items from a nationally recognized online retailer. We also
resell other new and used items from a wide variety of sources. We try to offer the best possible evaluation
and description of these items.
FOOD AND SUPPLEMENT
ITEMS
Any food or supplement
items we sell will be new and expiration dates will be noted in the item
description. We will not accept returns
for these items if they have been opened or altered in any fashion. Example, if you don’t like the flavor, we cannot
warrant that.
TOOLS
Most tools we sell are
used and will be listed as such. We test
and describe functionality as best as possible.
On these items we will not warrant consumable parts or any calibration
needs. Also, as used items, we can only
warrant based on our testing and condition upon arrival. Example, if an item breaks down after a day’s
worth of use, we will not take it back.
PARTS AND REPLACEMENT
ITEMS
If you are buying a part or replacement item, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure you are absolutely sure you are buying the correct part for the job. We will not accept returns or refunds of any kind because you bought the wrong part for your application. Nor will we accept returns for an item that has been used, damaged or altered in any way.
PACKAGING
Whenever possible, we try to reuse and/or recycle our packaging
and shipping materials. And we encourage others to do the same.
Often (not always) your item may be received in re-purposed boxes and packing
material. Please reuse these items if you can, but if not, please recycle
whenever possible. Thank you!
SALES TAX
Please note that sales tax may apply if you live in certain states. This is an Ebay policy driven by state legislation for which we as sellers have no control over. Please review Ebay policy for your state if you would like more detailed information.
RETURN POLICY
Generally we do not accept returns unless there has been some gross misrepresentation in the product description or some kind of damage during shipping. If you just don’t like an item or it does not perform the way you thought it should, you are welcome to resell it. As mentioned above, do your research first before buying. If you have an issue you believe warrants a return, please contact us first to see if we can remedy the situation. Items returned by delivery companies due to an invalid address being provided by the buyer will only be partially refunded. A restocking fee not less than the shipping fees incurred will be applied prior to any refunds.
