This listing is for 1 Box of LANG 'Rejoice' Boxed Christmas Cards (full color artwork; linen-embossed paper; 18 cards & 19 coordinating envelopes in a decorative box).  They came out in 2013 by The LANG Companies, Inc. (Waukesha, WI) and were made in China.  LANG cards are always excellent quality.  The illustration by artist Susan Winget depicts a religious theme with baby in a manger surrounded by sheep - there is lovely white glitter embellishment on the sheep and blanket.  I purchased these greeting cards 'New', and they have never been used; I opened the box for the first time to take these photos (the box came in a plastic sleeve/bag); there might be the odd scuff/scratch to the box (please see photos for details).

- Also please keep in mind that colors may vary due to camera and monitor settings (sometimes there is reflection or shadows in the photos).
- I have never attempted to sell anything on eBay until September 2018; I have always been a Buyer in the past.  I began with listing some of my ACEO collection, as it seemed the easiest place to start.  I do not have an eBay store; however, I will have other miscellaneous items (like vintage costume jewelry for example) that I will list down the road (as I have time).  I have a wide variety of "odds and sods" (a lot of these items are from when my grandparents passed away, etc.), and I feel it is time to downsize on some of our "stuff"... less is more they say.  I will strive to describe items honestly and to the best of my ability.

SHIPPING:  

- At this time, I ship within Canada; as of November 2018, I am now shipping to the United States (U.S. Mainland only) and the United Kingdom (as of January 2019) on some items.
- When a package is indicated as Delivered in the tracking number history, eBay does not ask Sellers to reimburse Buyers for claims of non-receipt.  Sellers have no control over mailbox thieves or the postal service making an error by mis-delivering a package.  Therefore, I ask you not to hold the Seller responsible for these rare incidents.  Thank you for your understanding on these issues.
- I ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.
- I will combine shipping where possible.  If you buy more than one item and wish to have combined shipping, please do not pay until you receive the combined shipping invoice.

For Canada:
- I will ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel (which automatically includes tracking).  Ebay gives an estimated cost of C $10.89 - C $22.37 for Canada Post Regular Parcel, depending on where you live in Canada.  If the actual total shipping cost to mail your parcel is less than the Buyer's paid shipping cost, I will refund any difference over 1.00.
- Please note that even though Canada Post gives a shipping time of 2-10 business days for Regular Parcel, on occasion the parcel may take a little longer depending on where you live in Canada.

For United States (Mainland):
- I will ship via Canada Post Tracked Packet - USA - Air.  Please Note:  that I can ship the package by one cheaper option... 'Canada Post Small Packet - USA -Air'; however, there is no tracking with this option.  Therefore, the Buyer would assume all risk of shipping without tracking -- meaning that the Seller is not responsible if the parcel gets 'lost' in the mail... as it cannot be traced without a tracking number.  If you would like to Ship via the cheaper option, please contact me before payment, and I will make the adjustment and send you a revised shipping invoice. 
- Please note that even though Canada Post gives a shipping time of approximately 7 business days for this service, on occasion the parcel may take a little longer depending on where you live in the USA.
For United Kingdom:
- I will ship via Canada Post Tracked Packet - International (which has an estimated shipping time of 6 to 10 business days; on occasion the parcel may take a little longer). 
Please Note for both countries: 
- If the actual total shipping cost to mail your parcel is less than the Buyer's paid shipping cost, I will refund any difference over 1.00.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the Buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- Orders may require a Customs form to be filled in; this will be done openly and honestly by the Seller, in order to allow fast and smooth transfer of goods through International borders.  

PACKING/DAMAGE:

- Please be assured that I will package your item carefully, so that it arrives safely and undamaged.
- However, if the item arrives damaged, please take a photo of any damage to the box/package before the box is opened and then take photos of the contents.  Thank you.
- This item will be shipped with two pieces of sturdy cardboard (1 on each side of the greeting card box) for support and wrapped in brown shipping paper.

RETURNS-EXCHANGES-CANCELLATIONS:

- I do not accept exchanges.
- I gladly accept Domestic returns within Canada only (based on the below time period only):

  Ship items back within:              30 days of delivery (Buyer pays return shipping).

- I gladly accept Cancellations (both within Canada, the U.S.A. and United Kingdom) based on the below time period only:

  Request a cancellation within:   12 hours of auction win or Buy it Now purchase.

- If I have made a mistake and have inadvertently misrepresented any of my auctions/fixed listings, I will reimburse the cost of the item plus all shipping costs (as well as the return shipping).

CONDITIONS OF RETURN (within Canada):

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If an item is insured, regardless of fault, the Buyer shall co-operate with Seller in every aspect in the submission to the Insurer of a claim for coverage or reimbursement (for example, taking photos of a damaged package/item, etc.).

PAYMENT:

- I accept Pay Pal only. 
- Winning bidders must pay within 3 days of AUCTION's end.  
- Immediate payment is required on BUY IT NOW (Fixed Price) Listings (this includes the 'BEST OFFER' Option if applicable).
