Antique editorial/policital cartoon, a supplement to the Weekly National Press of Dublin, October 1891, by Thomas Fitzpatrick, who was chief cartoonist for the National Press in 1891. It says "The leader of the Irish Race at Home and Abroad." Wexford (to the Leader): - "Out you go."  Cork (to the Leader): - "And out you stay." Lithograph/print on paper. In color (looks to be hand-colored), the colors are very good. The print measures roughly 11" x 17", and the frame with glass measures 17-18" x 22-1/4". On the back is a label from the Historic European Artists & Co. Ltd. guaranteeing this is an antique print and has their wax seal. The print has Fitzpatrick's signature (at the right lower corner). It shows a little age/but is intact. I believe there may be a small tear at the top of the print at the date. Fantastic political satire by one of the best! There is quite a bit of glare on the glass. Please see scans.
