Screen was powered on and tested.  These are resistive touch screens which do require calibration using Elo software.  Driver's should auto install for Windows or they can be downloaded from elo's website.  See photos for blemishes on screen.  Screen resolution is 1024x768.  Includes 120V power cord and monitor only.  No stand or other cables are included.
