If you do not leave details we will send 1 eBay message requesting the details. All sent messages requesting details are kept so eBay are aware the message has been sent requesting such details. If we do not hear from you in 24 hours of our message being sent it will be assumed that you do not require personalisation and your mug will be sent without a name or message. There will be no exception to this rule and NO refunds will given if you do not supply name details.

This is a top quality sublimation mug, which can be personalised with your own text if required. Our mug designs are individually produced by hand, we are not a production line producing them on mass so this ensures your product is handled with care and inspected before dispatch.
We use the highest quality printer, inks, mugs, and sublimation paper to ensure your mug is bright, the picture and text is pin sharp and has vibrant colour. Due to the equipment we use all our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. 


All our mugs are packed in smash proof cardboard boxes to ensure safe transit to you and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post to UK addresses only. We do ship abroad but please contact us for shipping prices.

Please be aware once an item has been personalised we can not accept returns for it. Also all our mugs are sold and made on a first come first served basis, each mug takes time to design and produce, we can not make exceptions to this - meaning if you contact us on Monday and ask for it to be delivered by Wednesday this will not be possible, also being as Christmas is approaching we do become very busy at this time of year as does the Royal Mail and eBays expected delivery times are sometimes unrealistic due to the amount of work increase in November December for all concerned. We do our very best to get the mugs out to you in a timely fashion, but please be understanding at Christmas time as the mug may not reach you on the exact date eBay suggest it maybe a few days later. If you do not agree to these terms please do not purchase.
