From the SportKilt website:

Finding your Waist size
Using a measuring tape, wrap it around your waist where you’d like the top of your kilt to sit. Don’t hold in your stomach. This measurement is usually 2″ larger than the size of your pants. You might consider giving yourself an extra inch, or so, for comfort. Take your waist measurment (in actual inches) and see where it falls in our size grid below.

Finding Your Length

The ideal kilt length for you: While kneeling, measure from the top of your waist (where youd wear your kilt) to the floor. Some say your kilt should just brush against the ground when you are kneeling. Of course personal preference is the rule! Have it YOUR way.

Note: The Ultimate Commando kilt tends to sit higher on the waist (more like a traditional kilt) than our standard Original and Works model Sport Kilts. Therefore, you may want to add an extra inch or two in length to compensate. If you’re still unsure how to measure for kilt size, be assured that ninety five percent of the time, our standard length of 22.5 inches will fit most men fine.

Questions--Ask questions early because I don't generally watch my auctions end. I check each day after work and answer questions at that time, so try not to leave them to the last minute. I work full time and have another part time job and do ebay on the side, so be patient.

Shipping--I'm always happy to combine shipping when possible. I don't care how far apart the auctions end as long as you let me know and pay for everything at once. I'll send a combined invoice after the last auction ends. I love the flat rate boxes and use them whenever possible (not every item will fit in a flat rate box). Prices include delivery confirmation. I only get to the post office about 3 times per week so if you need something right away, let me know.

Condition--Items are in good to excellent used condition unless otherwise noted. I will note any major imperfections that I see. Items come from a smoke free home. I do have a couple of cats and as hard as I try to keep them out, they do sometimes find their way into my ebay room. If you have a severe allergy, be advised.

Payment--Payment is due within 3 days of the auctions end unless you are bidding on additional items. If for some reason you need more time, contact me, Im a pretty reasonable person, Im sure we can work something out.

Feedback--As an Ebay seller, feedback is important to my business. Please leave me feedback when you receive your item. If you have an issue with an item, let me know and hopefully we can work it out.

Note--I'm not an expert on most of the things I sell because I am generally not the original owner, what I know about the items is generally what I see on it or what is written on it or sometimes what I find doing online research. So, if you have specific questions, please ask. Do not assume anything about an item unless it says so in the auction.
