How to choose the size of your motorcycle helmet?

Take a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head 2.5 cm above the eyebrows (at the base of your forehead). Then refer to the table:

Tip : If you're hesitating between two sizes, always take the smaller size because the inner foams of the helmet will settle over time.
