This is a very rare & unique, special-edition brochure. 

• First year of the new 300CE convertible
• First year for a 4-seater convertible since 1971.
• Exclusive car with exclusive price – same as a 300SL in the same year

For the introduction of the new convertible, this car was covered by itself in this separate brochure from the rest of the 300-class.

This car was renamed in 1994 as E320 Convertible with updated 3.2 liter engine.  However, there was no specific brochure for this car. 

Interestingly, the car had a short life of only three years making it a pretty rare car. 

The second picture shows the front and rear cover pages folded out.
