You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27, S gauge, #RS-8 "Suburban Passenger Station, or Suburban Station." This kit is complete BUT the platform is cracked.  The roof signs are REPRODUCTION but the chimney is original. 

This station is in "very good" condition even with the crack which is not too noticeable once assembled.

The box is in fair-good condition.
