You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1603-100 "Ranch House."

This is the turquoise side with white trim & white roof version. This color combination is one of the common color versions in the ranch house line.

This piece is in "excellent" condition with no breaks, cracks, or blemishes. 

The box is in "good" condition with part of the front side torn away from the box.


This color combination always looks good on the layout and provides nice "color" to the residential area on the layout!
