for CPU/TFT Hardware, software installed by a buyer is not covered.
Keyboard Mouse and
all cables are not covered by warranty.
Our covers repair of
the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement.

operating system may have not had all the drivers installed, the buyer may need
to install a few drivers via the internet if any are missing.

an operating system are ready to plug n play to use the internet.

security marked; the warranty will be VOID in the event of security marks being

Return Policy
Should you have any problem, please contact us directly through eBay within 30 days once you have received the
item. This item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means "You the
Customer" are responsible for sending the item back to us where the
product should be insured and should have a courier tracking number. Items
received damaged or with missing parts "Buyer is Responsible" for all
the damage cost. If we take an item on the basis of (un-wanted or Incompatible or
not useful for the intended purpose or too slow etc., ordered by mistake) the
customer will pay all postage costs.
