Dispatch Non Personalised Products We dispatch all orders received by 12:00pm the same day, Monday to Friday.  Orders received after 12:00pm are dispatched the following working day.  Orders are dispatched according to the post charge requested when placing the order, if the item is offered with free post  this will be sent by Royal Mail 2^nd Class.

Personalised Products We dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days once artwork has been confirmed and you are happy for us to print the product, all personalised gifts are sent 2nd class unless otherwise stated when purchasing your product. We are able to offer both recorded and guaranteed next day delivery please contact us for extra charges.

Cancellation
If you choose to cancel an order that has not been personalised the cost will be refunded in full, once the goods have been safely returned to us provided they are still in their original packaging and it is within 30 days from the date of order.  If the item was personalised, these items are exempt from the right to cancel and payments are non refundable. This does not effect your consumer rights
