All High Torque Starter Motors come with a 3 year warranty.
Warranty goes up to 5 Years when fitted by a Powerlite Approved fitting centre -

MG Midget, Healey Sprite, Austin A40, A30, A35 etc. 'A' series inline engines
Strong, powerful, offset gear-reduced starter motor, delivering huge cranking torque through a set of steel internal gears. Lightweight, compact and durable this unit starts the engine faster with immense power, whilst drawing less current from the battery.
This unit is a direct replacement for the original inertia starter motor but does not fit rubber bumper MG Midget with 1500 engine (please see RAC414)
Please note that the RAC403 must be wired using the existing bulkhead (remote) mounted solenoid as the switch.

With multiple modifications to classic and motorsport applications, it’s not always straightforward to get the right starter motor first time. Changes to a gearbox, flywheel or ring gear can affect the fitment of any starter motor.
