The hardcover book measures approx. 10 by 7 ½ inches. The cover is good, the record looks nice The spine end has some very light wear, bottom staple is loose, needs attention and repair. The boards and corners are in good shape, some light denting and wear. The hinges and binding are tight and strong, cracking in a the glue on one of the books with loose pages. The pages are good, a couple of name in name on front page, some sparse stains and wear, a few folded or dented page corners, books are very nice. Shipping weight is 4 pounds
