Tiny, light spots on bib collar (see photo). Zoom in on photos. Bib collar feels and looks like linen. May require cleaning. Machine washable. Pre-Owned and sold as is. Shoulder pads and a tie back, button up top front. See measurements below. Though this dress says size 10 on the tag, it’s best to check as the dress is 80’s vintage sizing. Seems a little smaller than size 10.
