A Rare Genuine Large Roman Double Fishing Hook. I believe that it was found in Britain.

It still has its ring.

Completely fresh to the market.

A nice little item of curiosity & piece of history.

In expected used condition for an item of this age & nature. The top hook has been bent up a little but I haven't tried to bend it back incase it breaks. It's obviously very pitted but really rare to have survived for around 2000 years.

The points don't have barbs but are amazingly still sharp.

Approx 75mm long as it's longest points, which includes the ring.
