 Note this time scale is only AFTER the item is dispatched.

Please note: Collection in person is available from our warehouse Monday to Friday after purchase. If you wish to collect your item please let us know by sending us a message via eBay.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, if you change your mind then please email us to let us know straight away.

Buyers are responsible for return cost of the item in all cases.

If for any reason the courier has lost your parcel and there was NO sign of delivery after 14 working days then we can issue a refund or send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that we cannot deal with any refund issue or send a replacement before the 14 working days has finished, we will also require a full statement from you (the buyer) stating that you have NOT received your item. This is nothing to do with us, it's the courier's procedure and we have to comply.

Damaged upon receipt: please do not sign for before checking your package well if it is damaged then refuse delivery, damaged parcels will be dealt with immediately, we will need your cooperation to send us proof, such as clear photos showing the damaged parts, we will then confirm it with the courier and send you a replacement then we will make a claim to recover our losses.

The courier company in both cases (no delivery or damaged upon receipt) might contact you to confirm the incident, so your co-operation is much appreciated.

Order and send us your artwork. We will produce and dispatch within 2 working days.

All our banners are printed on heavyweight  B1 Fire Rated  PVC Banner Material.

All banners are complete with folded hems and eyelets equally spaced along the length top and bottom.

We use ECO solvent Mimaki inks so our prints are vibrant, fade resistant and weatherproof.

We print all banners in house, so we are in complete control of quality and timescales.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Design you artwork to the correct dimensions for the banner size you have purchased.  We can accept your artwork in PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, formats JPEGS Please make sure they are 150 dpi or greater and sized correctly to the banner size.
2. Purchase the size required, after purchase we will send you our email letting you where to send your artwork to. To prevent delay to your order please include your ebay user id in the email.
3. How to send your artwork/text to us. Due to eBay rules and regulations, we're unable to supply our details before the purchase of the item.After purchase you will receive a conformation email from us including all of the necessary information to proceed with your order. Alternativerly this can be found in Business seller information. Please read the section on  the left under How to send  artwork in the blue header
4. Upon receipt of your artwork, we will let you know if there is a problem.(PLEASE NOTE if your artwork is NOT to scale we will re-size your art work to the size purchased regardless of the original size sent to us, irrespective of the artwork quality supplied.) The final print will only be as good as the artwork sent to us so please make sure it is 100% scaled to the size you want when sending to us. We do not check artwork for mistakes and will NOT provide a proof for any art work received. Please note we can not garantee colour matches on art work send to us.
 
5. If we produce a basic design for you we will email a proof  and wait for your approval before printing, we WILL NOT print until we receive your conformation,please check emails and messages on ebay regulary as not recieving an answer from you will cause delays in dispatch.
6. TWO free proofs only if we design the banner, any other changes could be chargable so please let us know as much information as possible such as text colors and background colour etc whe you send us your information. 

        Please note: we cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes in our proofs once they have been        approved. We will not be held responsible for defects in quality resulting in poor quality artwork.

Artwork ready designs will be printed and dispatched within the production time stated.

We mostley dispatch next woking day on print ready orders.

please note large orders may take longer in production so may take longer to dispatch

All our banners are packed in banner boxes and are rolled up NOT folded.

Please note that the dispatch time is set from the day we receive your art work OR the confirmation of a proof being correct NOT the day of purchase.

eBay set the delivery time frame from the day of your purchase NOT the day we receive the artwork OR confirmation of a proof and so in that case would be outside there time scale.

We ask you NOT to mark item as not received in time in these cases.
