Sterling silver and 10K yellow gold Handmade Roman Empire Eagle SPQR style men's ring. There is a very detailed and an intricately designed frame which makes the ring an extremely rare and attractive piece. The face of the piece is crafted with the Roman Eagle with the letters SPQR in pure 10K gold. This symbol is the Vexilloid of the Roman Empire. “Vexilloid" is a term used to describe vexillary (flag-like) objects used by countries, organizations, or individuals as a form of representation other than flags. The vexillum of the Roman Empire, emblazoned with S•P•Q•R (senātus populusque Rōmānus), "senate and people of Rome". The two symbols, skull with a helmet over with two crossed together swords on both sides of the piece represent one of the most prevalent and ancient emblems of Roman Empire.
