Sterling silver Handmade “St Patrick” men’s ring.  Saint Patrick was a fifth-century Romano-British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland. Known as the “Apostle of Ireland”, he is the primary patron saint of Ireland. He is venerated in the Catholic Church, the Anglican Communion, the Lutheran Churches, the Old Catholic Church, and the Eastern Orthodox Church people regard him as the founder of Christianity in Ireland.  Saint Patrick’s Day is observed on 17 March, the supposed date of his death. It is celebrated inside and outside Ireland as a religious and cultural holiday. On both sides of the ring, there are two very emblematic symbols: One, Celtic cross with shamrock, The Irish Celtic Cross is a symbol that conjures up all the mystery of the Dark Ages. It is also a popular symbol of faith, whether the belief is pagan, Christian or of any other religion. But perhaps it is most widely known as a powerful symbol of Irish heritage. The other one is the shamrock.  It is the most common symbol of Ireland. Worldwide, the tender, three-leaf plant used by Saint Patrick to illustrate the presence of God in the natural world, is instantly recognized as a kind of logo for Irish culture.
