Servicing HVAC equipment and successfully diagnosing issues requires a level of knowledge and skill typically possessed by licensed HVAC professionals. When others purchase my parts, it’s not unusual for them to purchase the wrong part, install it incorrectly, or misdiagnosed the need for the part.

Returns cost money. Some sellers factor in the cost of returns in their price. I do not. My goal is to sell these parts to someone who knows they need them. If that is you - these are an excellent value.

That’s why my return policy is different for professionals versus non-professional

As long as these are purchased by a licensed HVAC professional, and shipped to a registered HVAC business address, I guarantee they will work properly when you receive them. Any issues must be reported within seven days of delivery to give you time to check them.

If you are not a licensed HVAC professional shipping these to a registered HVAC business address, they are sold as is, and cannot be returned for any reason.
