Upon despatch you will receive an email with your tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

If there is nobody is available a card will be left and the item taken to a depot and delivery attempted on two further occasions before being returned to us. Our courier may also leave the item with a neighbor.

Your order will be delivered between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday.

To obtain your free returns label, get in touch for a link to our returns portal. There you can enter you order number and postal code and print off a pre-paid returns label. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note that we do not cover any returns sent outside of this service, any other method used will be at your own risk.

We only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style or size, we suggest placing a new order for the required item either after or before you receive your refund.
