better than Flutes made of wood. This is
not equally true of the new King Silver Lined Clarinet and can easily be proven
by making a comparison of the new King Silver Lined Clarinet with any other

For sale by The H. N. White Company LLC, this magnificent Silver King
Clarinet is in great condition given the fact that it is nearly 76 years
old. The H. N. White Company was the only company allowed to manufacture musical
instruments during WWII and this is one of those instruments. Sterling Silver was extremely limited at this
time so the bell is not Sterling Silver but according to the catalogs the
interior is silver lined. H. N. White
made King Clarinets are among the finest metal clarinets ever made. We have had some fun with this clarinet and
changed the body finish to baked on white lacquer and the results are
impressive. The new white lacquer looks
amazing and the silver keys look striking next to the black body. The Silver King
clarinet is the choice of professionals who value design and quality
construction that only The H. N. White Company could provide. The post
WWII clarinets are our favorite and play great and still have the quality that
the company was known for.
This Silver King Clarinet was just professionally cleaned and re-padded and
the cork was replaced. The clarinet has
been newly articulated by our professional technician but may require some
adjustments to match your playing preference and style. We have done everything
to make this Clarinet “ready to play”.
