POSTAGE

We send out items from Melbourne.

 Depending on location we may also use our own courier service.

We DO NOT currently send any items outside Australia.

POSTAGE ADDRESS

We Can ONLY send items out to your address showing on eBay.

This is the eBay policy and we cannot alter this.

Please change your delivery address before buying our items

as we cannot change once you have brought the item.

POSTAGE LEAD TIMES

We try and send out items as soon as it has been paid for.

However please give us up to 3 days lead time to pack and send out your item.

We are not open on the weekends so any orders or emails will be only seen on the Monday.

 REFUNDS

There are no refunds due to health and safety reasons unless the product is faulty,

or the item description is not as states. Buyer to pay all return postage.

So please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
