From the text in part:

The Broad Top Coal and Iron Company acknowledge themselves to be indebted to Christopher Meyer, Robert W. Milbank and Daniel Parker, or Bearer, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars … etc., etc. attested by the Treasure and signed by the President, this first day of March, A. D. 1867. (ink signature of the Secretary & the President Wm. Reed)

The Bond measures 13 ½ x 17 ¼ inches, blind stamp seal Broad Top Coal and Iron Company 1864 at lower left, 2 tiny pin holes at horizontal fold, some tiny chips at blank margins and faint age tanning otherwise in very good condition, odor free.
