Those "Burn" morels were harvested with care by professional pickers in the spring and summer of 2022. They were picked in BC and Yukon, in the forests that had burnt the previous year. A lot of effort was put in selecting only the highest quality morels, cutting the stems as short as possible and drying them away from the sun or gas so that we end up with the highest quality product as possible. We don't have a fancy name or packaging, but we offer the best quality of morels possible at a very competitive price!
