Vintage SIRIS Hong Kong Vinyl Child’s Wallet - Owl - WINKING EYES retro MOD.

Wonderful light blue color and a very retro winking owl. The eyes are lenticular and blink as the wallet is moved. The condition is very good with the vinyl being supple and not sticky. The wallet measures about 3” wide and 7” in length when open. Snap locking change purse inside. Light soiling but no damage or tears. Pen scribbles on the back of the wallet.
