This item is a #42 Kenny Irwin Bell South 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo 1:64 Replica Diecast Vehicle made by Mattel for their Hot Wheels Racing NASCAR 2000 Edition Series. This item remains in good condition showing some signs of age, wear and handling. There is discoloration on the plastic housing and the card has some warp to it...neither of which negatively impact the vehicle inside.
