Direction To get good taste and maintain health Chamomile should be drunk after meals or 30-45 minutes before going to bed. at the appropriate concentration
How to drink
1. Add 2 tablespoons of chamomile and add hot water 3/4 of the rim of the tea container (about 600 ml.)
2. Leave for 5-7 minutes or as desired when adding hot water next time. Time should be increased to 7-10 minutes for proper concentration.
