Accepted Payments

Teknik Motorsport on eBay now has accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, eBay gift cards and eBay vouchers, as well as Afterpay on selected products.

Shipping within Australia

• Most orders are dispatched same day if they are ordered and paid for before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday. Most orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
• We use Australia Post and couriers at our discretion, to suit your area and order.
• eBay provides estimates for delivery for all orders. Many of our orders arrive before the estimated date, but please be aware these dates are estimates not guaranteed dates, and on occasion postal delays may occur after the order leaves our warehouse.
• Some items may require signature on delivery, other items may be left on a safe place depending on the item and courier.
• If nobody is available to sign for your item it may be carded and taken to your nearest Post Office or other collection point, for you to collect. If you are able to give a business address or address that's attended during business hours that's always appreciated

Shipping Internationally

• Please note that our prices include product(s) and shipping costs only, unless specified at the checkout.
• For some countries and order values eBay will now collect duty from you. If additional or other duties/import taxes are levied by your government on entry, these are your responsiblity.
• Most orders are dispatched within 24 Hours, Monday to Friday Australian time.
• We are happy to combine items where possible to save you on shipping costs by purchasing muliple items. Please contact us if you require assistance with this. Please note that not all items can be combined as some do not pack well together
• Orders to most countries are sent with tracking.

Warranty and Returns

We provide full Australian warranty on all our product, which at minimum will comply with the manufacturers warranty and Australian law. In the case of our Teknik Fork and Shock springs, our lifetime warranty is spelt out in full in the packaging of the spring. In short, it is for mechanical defects, for the original owner, and we will replace the product free of charge. Electrical components, like Vortex ignitions will be sent back to the factory for testing before warranty is discussed.

• If we messed up and shipped the wrong thing, we will happily accept it, and send you the correct part as soon as possible, and we will pay the freight cost.
• If you've bought the wrong thing by mistake and need to return it, that's also fine, we are happy to do so as long as you have not ridden with it.
• However if, for example, you have used it for 2 months, and have decided to sell the bike and want to return all the parts you have bought for it, that isn't permitted.
• Change of mind shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Teknik cannot cover return delivery costs on change of mind returns, however we will happily pay the shipping for sending any repaired or replacement parts back to you.
• Approved returns will be inspected on arrival. It must be in it’s original packaging, with instructions, and be in a saleable condition. Faults and damage caused by incorrect installation or operation, abuse, neglect, general stupidity, etc, are not covered. Please contact us if you do not understand the instructions, and we will try and help you through the installation.
