This is a collectible brass Hotel room key fobs or key tags from the DEARBORN INN --  BF 3 (Barbara Fritchie) Room 3.  It is brass and  2" in diameter. Dearborn is the Headquarters for FORD and site of many of its buildings.

 

Concerning the Inn, Henry Ford  was its founder, and its history is quite unique. Ford had a vision to create one of the world's first airport hotels, and locate it across the street from the Ford airport, so that out-of-town air travelers would have a nearby place to stay. This vision was realized in 1931 when The Dearborn Inn welcomed its first guests. Five replica homes were constructed on the property  as reproductions of famous Americans' homes -- Edgar Allan Poe, Walt Whitman, Barbara Fritchie, Oliver Wolcott  and Patrick Henry.
