This is a Store Return.  "Defective USB" as per Customer states. - as soon as connected to PC for testing with repeating "Error" messages then crashed my system after restarting. - Had to restore system to recover  (it appears VIRUS affects driver firmware only) & Unable to conduct further test. Also, there are some scratches along the edge trim of casing
