The Steps of Using Poly Nail Gel:

1. Trim your nails. File and clean the nail surface and edge and do dehydrate, which will make your gel nails last longer.

2. Apply a thin layer of base coat, cure 60s/90s under LED/UV lamp.

3. Put proper amount of poly nail gel on suitable dual form or nail forms. Too thin poly nail gel will lead to break easily.

4. Apply one drop of slip solution on the poly nail extension gel and the brush, Form it to the length, thickness and shape as you want.

5. Apply the nail tips to your nail，Slightly press the nail when curing or use nail clips to help it stay in place.Cure both upper side and underside for 90s.

6. Remove nail forms. Remove the oil layer on the surface with cleaning cotton. File and shape the gel nail.

7. Make the style you like, Apply top coat and cure 60/90s.

1. Push the cuticles back, make sure there's no cuticle on the nail plate

2. Gently file the shine off the nail plate

3. Cleanse with alcohol-based cleanser wipes

4. Apply Primer and wait to air dry.

5. Apply Base coat and cure 2 minutes/ 1 minute under 36W UV Lamp/ 36W LED or combo Lamp

6. Use a gel brush dipped in the cleanser to apply product and gently pat in place. 

A tiny bit of cleanser goes a long way

7.1 If using nail Tips If applying as an overlay or extend on tips apply 2 layers curing each time (2min in 36W UV lamp, 1min in 36W LED or combo lamp), making sure to make thin layer  first and build an apex and correct structure for added strength with the second layer

*Recommended curing times are based on a 36 watt UV Lamp or 36 watts LED Lamp. Increase cure times if using other lamps.

How to Remove 

1. This product will soak off in 10 – 15 minutes. Lightly file over the top of the surface with a 180 grit file to break the seal.2. Wrap the nail with foil and allow the nail to soak for 10 – 15 minutes. Use metal or wooden cuticle pusher stick to remove gel.3. Additional time may be needed if you have used the Structure Gel to even out the nail.

Temperature and Storage:

1. Please try not to soak the finished nails in water above 40-60℃ to prevent the poly nail gel from becoming soft.
2. The gel is colloid. When the temperature is low, the gel might be hard to squeeze out. It's recommended that you seal the tube in an airtight and waterproof bag, put it in warm water at about 40-60℃ for 5-10 mins then take it out and use it as normal.

Non Receipt Of Items

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of despatch. However, for Royal Mail to class the order as lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can arrange a replacement or a refund [this is a Royal Mail rule.

Unfortunately, once the order has been despatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you today we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver.

Product purchased for USE outside the UK

All our products are warrantied and designed for use within the UK. E.g. UK 3 Pin plug and 240v Supplies where applicable. Product warranties are also only valid in the UK and if there a fault with your product this must be sent back to our UK head office for refund or replacement.

Returns from outside the UK

If you purchase an item from our UK store then the return process is slightly different as we are based in the UK and you are taking the option to purchase from our UK Store. With this in mind any return to would be at the cost of the buyer under all circumstances.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers).
