This hand-painted Victorian Christmas greeting card dates, I think to the late 1800s.   It has an image on the front of a bunch of Snowdrops with a little Alpine scene.  The card measures 7.5cm x 11.2cm and is a single layer.  No envelope.

The card is in a very good minus condition.   General edge and corner rubs, tiny crease at top left hand corner, a little very light grubbiness and some light brown spotting to background, small pencil note, some light shadowing, light brown spotting, and some tiny marks on reverse.   Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NEW PACKAGING LAWS I AM UNABLE TO SEND ITEMS TO GERMANY & FRANCE AT THE MOMENT - IF YOU ARE BASED IN GERMANY OR FRANCE PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE GERMANY OR FRANCE TO WHICH THE ITEM CAN BE SENT.

Please note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.  I always refund any excess postage charges.
