Shipping
- Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment.
- Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify via eBay or Paypal only.
- We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made. Sorry, no exception.

- Domestic Packages are usually shipped via USPS or FedEx from our warehouse in California.

Address Changes
We are unable to change shipping addresses, redirect, or place a hold on a shipped package.
Refused Delivery
If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from JVEC TRADING STORE or return items without requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
