We always ship either the same day, or on the next available business day after the buyer pays for the item. All tracking information is sent to the buyer in an email via eBay's automated notification service. You can find the tracking info posted on your My eBay Items Purchased or Won page. This is all that we can do to ensure that your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that tracking information is often not available until AFTER the item is delivered to the buyer. While this seems to make no sense at all, it happens this way lately more often than not.

Once the item arrives in the buyer's country, it is up to their customs department to release it for delivery. This can take anywhere from two hours to two months, but usually only takes a few days. We have absolutely no control over when your item will be released for delivery by your customs office. Rest assured that we have done everything in our power to get your package to you as quickly as possible, but lengthy delays can and do happen regularly.
