What does “ex-demo” mean?
This instrument may have been played briefly for testing and demonstration
purposes, but it has not previously been owned by a customer. Mechanically, the
instrument is perfect, but it has some minor cosmetic wear.

This is a high-quality, USA-made, intermediate-level clarinet, with a
Grenadilla wood body and silver-plated keywork.
We would recommend this clarinet to players of roughly Grade 5 standard and
above.
The instrument is supplied in its original carrying case (brand-new). This case
features backpack straps for easier transport, and has a secondary pocket for
storing accessories.
The original Leblanc K10 hard rubber mouthpiece is included in the listing.

Condition Description
This clarinet will be fully tested and prepared for sale by our technicians to
ensure complete function and the best possible sound.
The mechanical condition is excellent:
The instrument is in perfect mechanical condition, and the pads are all
brand-new. The pads will be properly seated, and the action will be fully
regulated and lubricated.
The cosmetic condition is excellent:
The silver-plated keywork is covered with light polishing marks, which appear
as a “haze” on the silver plate. These micro-abrasions are gradually picked up
whenever silver plate is polished, and all silver instruments will take on this
appearance within a few months of normal maintenance.
Returns/Warranty
If on initial inspection you are disappointed with the item in any way, you may
return it and receive a full refund.
We offer the instrument with a mechanical warranty for 24 months, but only a
limited cosmetic warranty. The cosmetic warranty is limited to significant
issues.
