Our items are handmade here in the UK and the stitching and finishing is to a superior quality. We offer free consultation, advice and even fitting if you are local and this extends to after sales support.
Here are the full details.
Made from high quality material
The 2" wide silver grey ejection harnesses are made of strong deluxe tight weave webbing to movie spec measurements. The webbing is soft and flexible and has a sheen / gloss finish.
The leg loops are 28" each as standard and we find this is sufficient for purpose. The loops are joined to the main piece of webbing with an 8 inch strip of webbing. This ensures the loops drop right at the knees.
We make the main strap long enough for you to adjust the length to fit. You can attach the endsof the main strap to your chest armour or flak vest using velcro, buckles, clips or hot glue -remember that you want the loops to drop around the knees. If you have any bespoke requirements please let us know or ask before buying.
The Harness is designed for costumers of average height to around 6ft 2. If you require a longer harness please let us know and we'll add the additional length on.
X-Wing Pilot Belts are made from the same material with an accurate British military issued metal rollpin silver buckle. They include 6 mini flare holster loops either side of the buckle. The belts are secured with hidden velcro strips which enables the belt to be loosened or tightened. The belts are custom made to size so just tell me your measurement. Please measure around your body at the prefered position of your belt.
The leg Flare Rigs are 4" wide and made from green or black polypropylene webbing. Measureing around the top of your boot. Some costumers chose to fasten the holster below the knee and above the boot, either format is OK. The holster is secured with hidden velcro. . Other colours are available on request. The Holsters are sized to hold 22mm Leg Flares.
Measurements
We need some measurements from you to enable us to complete your order so please send us a message with the following sizes
Your Height
Waist size at the point you want to wear your belt.
Leg circumference at the point you want to wear your holster. Usually under the knee or over the boot, your choice
Let us know preferred colours. By default the Harness and belt will be silver but you can choose green or black for your leg holster. If you want another colour just ask.
It’s important that you measure honestly and accurately to ensure the best fit.

Delivery Times
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery and slightly longer if overseas. Items are made to order and so we do not hold stock. This ensures that each item is made to the latest spec and made to the individual’s specifications. If you need an item in a hurry just contact us and tell us your deadline. If we can prioritise your order then we will.

International Shipping is via a tracked and / or signed service depening on your own country's postal services .
