Most of my shoes have only been worn in fashion photoshoots and maybe noted as such. All are in good condition, unless specified, but might have slight flaws or to be expected wear and tear. Any major faults will be highlighted, but these will be very rare. All sizes given are marked sizes, unless stated, so if you need to know exact measurements please message me.

I am trying to offer you quality items at fair prices and my descriptions will always be given in good faith, but like everybody else I make the odd mistake, so if there are any problems with your item, please let me know before posting feedback and I'm sure we can sort things out.

I do not make any profit from P&P and simply charge you what it costs me, but to keep overall costs down, I band items, so sometimes actual postage might cost me a little more than I charge and sometimes a little less, so please bear in mind.

I post on the next working day, after payment has been received, but things occasionally get delayed in the post, so please contact me if something hasn't arrived by the time you think it should have. Please bear in mind also, that Royal Mail will not deem an inland item 'lost' until ten days after it has been posted, so no claims can be commenced until that time period has elapsed.
