Signed book: Green Eggs and Ham, later printing, signed and inscribed on the first fly page opposite the title page in black felt tip pen, "for Brendon with Best Regards, Dr. Seuss, 1983."

There is a horizontal crack along the edge of the front cover that causes the front cover to prop out a little bit. There is also some discoloration to page edges and some scuffs/small dents to the cover. Interior of book is neat and clean.
